Our House Quality Enhancement
An Ongoing Commitment
At Our House, we value the feedback of our residents and their families. That's why we conduct regular satisfaction surveys to ensure that we are meeting their needs and expectations. We use this feedback to continuously improve our services and provide a high-quality experience every day.
Prepared for State Surveys
Our House I II III is properly licensed and pass regular state inspections, which can occur annually or when a complaint is made with the state. Should any violations, also known as deficiencies, be detected during state inspections, we must submit a plan to correct the issue. These plans of correction uphold our high quality standards and are approved by the state. Our Quality Enhancements program is designed to proactively prevent any deficiencies from occurring. Our House is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality assurance, as evidenced by our exceptional state survey reports.
Safety is our First Priority
One of the most important aspects of our high quality standards is protecting the health and well-being of residents and staff. That’s why we created our comprehensive emergency response plans, which have been thoughtfully designed and field-tested to keep our communities safe in any circumstance.
